Cut lists grouped by material and thickness, covering panels, face frames, doors, drawer boxes and hardware. Grain direction and edge banding are marked, and every part gets a label for the saw.
A build sheet for each cabinet with an exploded view, joinery and hardware callouts and the order it goes together in. Nobody at the bench should need to ask.
Nested sheets and toolpaths put through the post processor for your machine and tooling, so the files load and cut without editing. Drill, route and label files come with a nest map.
Renders and walkthroughs made in VORTEK Spaces with your materials, finishes and lighting, so your client can see the kitchen before anything is cut.
We build your Mozaik library once: carcasses, doors, drawer boxes and hardware, set to the construction methods and materials you use. After that every job starts from the same clean catalogue.
Some shops run Mozaik and want us working inside their setup. Others just want drawings they can build from. We do both.
We draw inside your setup with your library, construction methods, hardware and post processor, so the job drops straight into the way you already work.

If you don't run Mozaik, or would rather we kept out of your setup, we send self-contained files in standard formats. There's nothing to install at your end.

We draw the job with your joinery and hardware, in your setup or ours, and check it over before it leaves us.
You get the drawings, 3D views and cut lists to approve. One round of changes is included.
Once you've approved them, we send the shop drawings, cut lists, G-Code, labels and assembly sheets.
